My strength is finding innovative ways to get unstuck. My rapid advancement from engineer to director on a leadership team required me to evolve fast. My strength of learning and solving problems kicked in. I have a unique mixture of training as an engineer, leader, and life coach.

I’m a business owner, a parent, a wife, an outdoor enthusiast, a daughter and a friend. 

I don’t always get it right. Sometimes I’m slow to respond. Sometimes I forget something important. Sometimes I miss the mark. 

But I’m growing daily, learning more, and taking time to rest and enjoy these precious moments.
